I negotiate with investors, devise improvement and investment plans, and manage profits, debts, refinancing, and more. I orchestrated the development of a robust financial and production statistics system from scratch, utilizing Django, Telegram, Matrix, 1C-integrations, PostgreSQL, Streamlit, and IoT devices. Some components were personally developed, while others were collaboratively executed with contracted professionals.

2020 – 2022 | CTO, Software Architect, Developer
Led the development of a Bitcoin mining proxy with DeFi features on Ethereum/BSC/Polygon networks. Involved in every phase, from finding investors and developers to serving as PM and contributing to backend/mobile programming. Developed the high-load proxy component using Go, K8S, and an Android app created by hired specialists. Personally handled other aspects, including backend development, pool parsers, statistics, iOS app, and DeFi features.

As a member of British Safety Council, we worked in almost every country of the Ex-USSR and with the biggest companies such as Gazprom Neft, Polyus Gold, Alrosa, Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant, Metinvest, KazMunayGas, Socar, etc. Consulting on HSE and Industrial Safety, building or improving HSE Management Systems. Often we also created SaaS/different IT systems for a project.
