SKILLS

Key Skills

I'm extremely good in 3 things:

  • Systematization
  • Digging into complicated things
  • Keeping in mind business goals

Management

Middle Level

As an IT manager, I know how to build teams and IT products from scratch. This includes formulating and articulating ideas into formal technical requirements, presenting and negotiating with top managers or investors, and sourcing the right specialists, work with them daily assigning feasible tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to budget and time constraints.
I like Waterfall and Kanban, but believe the methodology should align with each task.

  • Planning
  • Budgeting
  • Negotiation
  • Comand building
  • Risk Assessment
  • Agile
  • Waterfall
  • Kanban
  • Asana
  • Trello

Programming

Middle Level

For a long time, programming has been one of the ways for me to self-express ideas and an effective means to get things done. But over the years of near-daily coding and realizing projects, I've become what I think I can confidently call a professional.
I believe in the principle that less is more, also I appreciate Linus Torvalds' philosophy that real skill is demonstrated in writing straightforward programs with as little variation in program flow as possible.
While I like the brevity of the Python/Django stack, I'm not dogmatic about what to learn and use.
I familiar with modern paradigms of Architecture and Design patterns, some algorithms, TDD and accustomed to read and rewrite code written by someone else.
The bullets below describe the tools I favor and have experience with.

Backend

Middle Level

  • Django
  • DRF
